http://www.monster.com/
http://hotjobs.yahoo.com/
etc etc.

as for your client that is being stalked... I will try to help you understand 'email' and how to find out information about the attacker.

SMTP: Simple Mail Transfer Protocall

big words, but what do they mean? SMTP is a set of rules that computers follow for delivering messages to other computers over the internets.

Depending on your type of email client (for example outlook express, or yahoo) you are able to see 'who' messages are sent.

They usualy are in the form of joe@yahoo.com

Now, we will notice our attacker is hideing in plain sight behind a 'free email address' correct?

So we might never know who or why is sending such attacks over the internet, right? well not exactly...

If you are using yahoo for example, simple go into the 'email options' and toggle the button that says 'show full header' (or somthing to that effect, look around its there).

then review the attackers message again...

you will notice about a page of information that was not there originaly, along with an originating IP address.

IP: Internet Protocall Address

This address is your assigned 'spot' that you can plug up onto the internet (which is simply a really large network of computers, also known as a WAN:Wide area network)

So, if you have an attackers IP Address, you can find out a little information connected with that ip address ( see... www.dnsstuff.com or www.whois.net etc etc)

Then after gaining enough information about where the attacker is attacking from then you can talk with your internet service provider and give them the IP allong with a complaint, to which they may have the athority to cut off his connection.

as for the employee monitoring, (depending if you are on a hub'ed network or a routed switch) you can download any free packett sniffing software (ettercaps ace, msn, aim, etc are my recomendations) and watch your employees conversations in real time.

um,... well hope that helps alittle bit

If you have a 'quality' network administrator and a little cash you have your problem solved with a purchase of a network monitoring system such as SecurePipe. It's an appliance that sits and watches for you. It sounds like you are not looking for a person to do this full time are you? This appliance just needs to sit and watch and will prevent if selected. They seem to work pretty well and are much better than keeping track of an additional employee.

I would inquire at my local law enforcement agency, in the case of stalking. They have the professional people, and the best legal advice, plus the means to capture the stalker, and charge them with the proper infractions.
For lesser offences, advertise for an I T security specialist. Likely they will have a degree in computer science, with specialization in security protocols.
These professionals don't come cheap, and be sure you get references.
Good luck
