Avon has this lip plumping lipstick i tried it and they work!
dont expect to look like Angelina Jolie but you do see a difference!!
and its not expensive is like 6-8dollars!!

Lip Injection by Too Faced...its awesome, makes them twice as big...Its around 22.00 a tube but well worth it. You can buy it at Ulta.com

Use a pale lipgloss.Avoid dark colors like brown or red,they make the lips look alot smaller.

Without purchasing anything new...just use your existing lip liner to outline and then color in your lips. Then apply lipstick or gloss.

sally hanson lip plumper..my lips are already big, so i just put them on the sides of my top lip to make it look fuller and it works pretty good.
