Is see the drunk fans waving the flairs in the air. Doesnt the Italian football goverment see that not only can fire flairs hurt other fans in the stands but also the players (there have been a number of times where fans have thrown flairs onto the field). Why dont they outlaw bring flairs to matches?

If you don't let them have flares they will just bring Molotov cocktails, and that's MUCH worse.

Bad security. Sometimes even with good security they sneak the stuff in, they put the stuff in places you don't want to know about.
