i just got done with soccer AND my ankles hurt sooo bad!! they've been hurting for 3 days now but i cant get the pain to go away..i tried icy hot, i tried taking a hott bath, i tried soaking it in ice but it wont go away...even with an ankle brace it hurts...please help

Same principles different muscles yours are in your calf ... Muscles get knots called trigger points. These make the muscles tight causing them to press on nerves and other thing.
Pain can be referred from places other than the head.
#1 The first thing is to take a couple swigs of molasses or eat a couple of bananas. They contain magnisium and potassium both of which muscles need.
#2 WATER she should be drinking 1/2 gallon minimum. The head of neurology at UCDavis likens a body running low on water to a car running low on oil (the engine can seize).
Get a good (deep tissue) massage (to loosen the trigger points) on the back, shoulders and neck. Make sure to press up at the base of the skull where it meets the spine.
You rub or lightly scratch everywhere on your head. You will hit spots that are tender these are trigger points. The idea is to rub across them 6-12 times per session up to six times per day until they go away.

well..obviously, you are not hurting enough or you'd have seen a doctor already. Go see a doctor right away and you'll save some money in the long run. You want to see a orthopedist or chiropractors who specialize in sports medicine.

You Poor wee thing.........if you lived next door to me I would pop round with a bottle of mangosteen juice, right now!

Mangosteen is a powerfull anti-inflammatory with analgesic properties. Works wonders on sore wee ankles !

Just try to rest and take a 'compressed chemical' to relieve the pain until i get you addy lol

I hope it gets better soon ((((((((((big hug))))))))))) and a glass of Mangosteen juice (_).

Go to the Dr's to get it checked out asap!

try to stay off of it for a day or two, keep it slightly elevated at times and take some aspirin

You may have fractures in your feet or lower shins. SEE A DOCTOR and get xrays!

If they don't heal properly you can risk disability.

Take ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil) with food 4 times daily. The other things will help, but you need to stay off it as much as possible.
If it continues, see your doctor.
