The standard is about 20 weeks when they will do a routine OB ultrasound to check a ton of other things like the heart, spine, head size, leg bone size, stomach, umbilical cord and things like that. They should be able to tell the sex at that time also. Some women have found out as early as 14 weeks, but the standard is after 18 weeks. Good Luck!!

Via ultrasound, it can be as early as 16-17 weeks depending on how good the technician is, the sentitivity of the machine and the position of the fetus. Boys are usually easier to determine than girls. But it's not foolproof.
Via genetic testing you can tell as soon as they gather genetic information, for example a CVS test at 11 weeks can tell with 100% certainty. That's about the earliest.

The anatomy isn't developed until 14 weeks, or so they say. However, with my first at his 8 week ultrasound I saw the male anatomy. It also depends on how advanced your OB's equipment is too.
I just found out I'm having a boy at 20 weeks. So, you shouldn't have to wait longer than that.

many people had many diff. answers for this one I will tell you that I had a test done like 2 x's a month till I got up in my 28 weeks or so and they could tell ( pretty sure) at 15 weeks but to be accurate you have to be 17-18.

You could get an amnio as soon as you find out which would tell you the chromosomes, XX for a gril, and XY for a boy.
