Most common causes of noise from the front are wheel bearings and pulley bearings.

Could also be the brakes, but they usually just make noise when applying the brake pedal.

If the noise changes speed or pitch with the vehicle speed, it's most likely a hub and bearing assembly.

If the noise changes with engine speed, it's most likely a pulley bearing. The idler pulley or tensioner pulley are most common, but could also be alternator, water pump or other pulley bearings.

It could be something else causing the noise, these are just the most common.

If it's a hub and bearing assembly, the noise can go away when they put it on a lift since it takes the weight off of the wheel.

I'm sure the noise is caused because of the bearings in the pulleys and front wheel. The noise may also be caused if there is something problem in the hub connection. Check for the brake wires whether it is in condition or not. If the brake is not working good then the pedals will cause the noise when you hold the brake.
