I was playing NBA live with the 60s all star team in there arena. I have noticed there was no arc. All the baskets i scored even from far away only counted as 2 points. Did the arcs exist during the 1960s?

The three point arc was around in the 60's but not in the NBA. It was first adopted by the NBA in the 79-80 season. The ABA had the three point arc from the time of the creation of the league in 1968 until it ended.

Didn't come about in the NBA until 1979 if I remember correctly. Was in college ball earlier. The NBA adapted it from the ABA (now absorbed into the NBA).
