No, I am sure everything is fine. I started feeling the movements sooner than with my first (it was around 16 weeks) and it was SO sparatic that I asked the doctor about it. She said that first off, you grow quicker with your later pregnancies, so there is more room for baby to squirm without you noticing and also that a lot of first time moms don't feel any movements until 22-24 weeks...so it's still early anyways, but you know what your "looking" for, so you noticed it earlier. My doctor said that after 26 weeks, movements should be regular and not to worry before then. She did mention if I was concerned at home to do a movement check and see how it worked out, but I was fine honestly. It was around 24 weeks for me that movements started coming every day and got stronger. Now at 28 weeks....I would kill for a peaceful night lol! Good Luck!

Don't get too concerned. The baby is still very small and has lots of room to move. You may not feel each and every movement until after 6 months.

Not at just 20 weeks. This is still early days yet.
But ask your doctor or midwife on your next prenatal visit.

I think I would just go directly to the doctor on this one, if you are wrong so be it, never hurts to make sure.
