I understand your predicament, let me tell ya, I have been there!
heres a simple test... put out a bowl of dog food, and a bowl of cat food...
then, when she moves in on them... zap her with a taser and zip tie her little paws together and take her to a doctor!

Give the girl a scratching post. If she scratches it she's a cat, If she chews it she's a dog
