Claritin D or Benadryl. Benadryl might make you drowsy.

Allergy is an autoimmune reaction, your body over reacting to a threat or your body's perceived threat. First you need to know THE allergin(s) creating the problem - a food, toxin, pollen... Once you isolate the allergin, you need to eliminate it from your environment as best you can. Antihistamines counter your body's over-reaction to the threat or perceived threat.

Benadryl is a fairly gentle yet effective antihistamine. Pseudoephedrine is great at drying up stuffiness. Depending on your condition determines which will work best for you. I seldom use drugs - prefer natural treatments, but these 2 are in my medicine cabinet at all times.

You may not care for my answer...as it is more complex than just popping a pill. Unfortunately, we get accustomed to the instant remedy for waaay too many things. Your body is doing it's job...the Nasal passages are loaded with 'cilia', (minuscule hair follicles) & their job is to 'trap' invaders. Then those same 'passages/sinuses...release Histamines...to trap more. The purpose is to cleanse & clairify the air you breathe. Protecting the Lungs is like Job One....So, if you want to 'clean-up' the area....I'd suggest a free nasal-gargle. When u r alone in the Bathroom...have a small bowl, & a salt shaker....Mix some tepid/lukewarm water & salt in the bowl. Stay with me here....lean over the sink & "cup" your hand in the bowl to your nose....while pressing against one nostril...inhale the liquid into the 'open' nostril. Repeat for the 'other' nostril. Repeat this several times. Now, this is not very pretty....u r essentially 'Gargling' thru your Nose. The end result should be crystal-clear nasal passages (Sinuses). I would Encourage you to 'try' this...once or twice....you will get the hang of it...Then, you should receive a Lifetime remedy to this stuffy/congestion of the Sinuses. It has worked for me for over 30 yrs. So, @ least try it. Your body will Thank You...your not cramming yet more pills down your body. You are merely 'helping' your body heal itself...Kudos to you!!
