Yet to be revealed!
We saw him briefly on a monitor and "he knows we're coming"
All we know is that:
1) he's got an eye patch
2) he's in another hatch that we haven't seen yet
3) he's aware of the cameras in the hatch /knows he's being watched
4) so far we haven't seen him with the others (so he MAY not be one of them)
