Her last period was around Jan 13. The thing is they had sex 19 days ago if she is pregnant isnt it too soon to show? So if she is it would be someone else's???

Hi, If your cousin met this girl on 22 Jan, and they had sex on 1 Feb, well then I don't think your cousin is the father of this child. If the date of her last period was around 13 Jan, then conception would have taken place on or about 27 January!

I need to know the exact date of the first date of her last period. But if you said Jan 13. Adding 28 days to 13 gives the next ovulation period which would be February 10. If they didn't use protection, safe days are 10 days before the first day of next month's period period and 10 days after the first day of the present month's period. Safe days for her would have been January 13-23 and Feb. 1-10. January 24-31st are the danger days. Basically speaking, there is only one week when it is not safe to have sex without protection. So back to your question, I am pretty definite she was on a 'safe day' when they had sexual intercourse, but on the borderline to danger day which is Feb.1st. I never took birth control pills all my life because i have learned in ethics it is immoral, plus the fact that my body couldn't take it when i tried it couple times when I was married. I used this method for 13 years, it worked for me. But don't count on it.
I hope it helped.
Pls. note, I made a correction.
safe days are: 10 days after the first day of period this month(jan 13) and 10 days before the first day of the next month's period(Feb.10)
danger day is from Jan 24th-31st(8 days since January is 31 days normally it is exactly 1 week of danger days) but if you want to be really safe for example, avoid intercourse on the 23rd and the 1st of Feb. but there should be no worries to do it though on those days. So your cousin's girlfriend was on her safe day when she had INTERCOURSE! unless she had her period exactly before the dawn of the which would make it midnight of the 12th -while she was sleeping, allowing a one day grace period advancing the dates of danger week to 23rd-30th of Jan- highly unlikely though, half a day still wont make a difference, by that time all the egg cells are already tired up, comfy, and ready to rest till the next fertility week.

Not necessarily. There are pregnancy tests that can prdeict the pregnacy hormone early- before the missed period. There are commercials for it on tv. But if he is unsure then he will probably have to wait until the child is born for a paternity test- or go with her to a doctor and try to find out what the doctor thinks the day of conception may have been. But paternity would be best.

I am not sure why you are asking this in the philosophy section.....

Wow, how many men does she have sex with?
It is very possible that he is the father. It sounds like when or if she has the baby, she needs to have a DNA test done with all the guys that she had sex with the month of January and February.

Sounds like she needs a pregnency test done soon.
She also needs to re-evaluate her morals and sexual choices.
