I am thinking about getting side bangs but are there really such thing as side bangs ??? Or are they just regular bangs parted to the side??

side bangs are long bangs that hang to the side of your face, i prefer the bangs that angle across your face when you part them to the side.

Yes their are such things as side bangs.Bangs parted to the side are just bangs parted to the side.

theres such thing as side bangs, they are bangs just cut angled. i just got them a little while ago. When you are getting them at a salon, tell the lady not to cut them tooo short. When you do get them, spritz your hair with water, and then comb them sideways to the opposite side. Use a blowdryer to help. GOOD LUCK!

i have something like side bangs. they're layers that fall down around the face. if you put the hair line far to one side of the face it looks like long bangs. if you go to yahoo and type in side bangs you will get a ton of pictures that show what i'm talking about. hope this helps.

If you're talking about what I think, you mean side swept bangs. Mine are cut that way and no, they're not cut straight across and parted to the side. They're actually slightly layered and tapered so they're angled a little toward the side they're parted to. My shortest layers are about down to the bridge of my nose and then it gets gradually longer until it hits the top part of my cheekbone.

They are regular bangs parted to the side, but they are longer than the other. They are MUCH MUCH MUCH cuter, too. They put more of an 'egde' to you, and are much more cute than regular bangs and no bangs. Make sure you add an angle to it.

Yes I have them and they are very much in style right now. Most people call them side bangs but they are actually called swoop bangs so tell the hair dresser that you want SWOOP bang...lol

I don't think it's "side bangs", but when you get your haircut, just tell the stylist you want what's in. It's some kind of layering. I got it done a few months ago. My stylist said "it's the new way to bob hair".
