new hp laptop makes a loud noise, then it shuts down while working in it, though i had it plug in?

this laptop i just bought it last september.
It was pluged in, then it just stop while I was typing.
could it be the battery? even though, is almost new.

It sounds like your fan is on its way out, and it locks up causing that noise. Once the fan stops, the laptop probably shuts down to prevent damage to the processor. I'd look at the fan.

I guess it's something about the CPU fan,the lost of fan cause the high temperature.

take it back to where you bought it, it will be under warranty and you should grt it repaired free
