i need help on resident evil 4, on the castle, i need a way to kill the guys that bite your head off. ty

hmm, my only tip will be to shoot the things but be at a good distance, hey now i dunno if you're past this part but this is a resident evil 4 glitch!
glitch: when you shoot the wine bottle on the picture that opens the room, walk in and you will be in a cage match with the los illuminados and a blind servant. if you die three times, the blind servant won't be there and it is one less chore to worry about.
if you think im joking, this has worked for my brother and my friend. give it a try!

You can go into one of the rooms on that floor. When you runaround the room you will spot a red canister(may be a different color I have not played that game in a while). Shoot the canister and it will freeze the monster and you can shoot it. Also try a rocket launcher!!!
