what does that have to do with makeup? and it seems to me he either 1] needs a friend 2] has a crush on you 3] just wants attention

This is from my 8 year old daughter:
If you are having trouble with a bully, brother or boyfriend - talk to him. See if he lost anything important like family members, pets, or friends. Ask him what he likes. Ask him those questions - what have you lost? See if he has a nice side. You are sure to become good friends once you have a good talk with him.

He's probobly trying to get you to notice him, because he likes you and that's the only way he can get your attention. You should try talking to him. You just might find out he likes you
