Speaking metaphorically, you may perceive light at the end of the tunnel, but it is not really light.
Instead, it may be the random firing of neurons during a near-death experience. At the moment, it may be beautiful, meaningful, and extraordinary, but it is never real.
So no, there is no actual light at the end of the tunnel.
Unless you didn't mean that metaphorically, and you are actually looking at light through the end of a tunnel, which is another question entirely. :-)

Yes, I always see some light at the end of the tunnel, and I believe it's God saying "I told you everything would be all right, if you just trust me."
