Mars maybe since it is the only other planet with an actual surface that isn't subjected to the absurd extreme heat that make Venus and Mercury such harsh places to be.

No, the large outer planets are not even solid, but just giant gas globs. Humans would incinerate on either Venus or Mercury. And Mars doesn't have an atmosphere that would support human life. So, in this Solar System, the answer is definitely no. There may be some sort of life on other planets or even on some of the moons of the outer planets. Jupiter's moon Io has one of the largest volcanoes in the Solar System. There must be an extraordinary variation of conditions on Io. Who knows what sort of little organisms might be living there . . . not human beings though.
Outside the Solar System, into the billions of stars of the Milky Way Galaxy and on into the billions of galaxies beyond? . . . Well, THAT'S an interesting thing to think about.

We have not yet determined the viability of terraforming on most planets or satellites of the solar system. Up to now, the most promising candidate for terraforming is Mars.
As for extra-solar planets, we do not have the technology to visit any of them at present.

there is a chance but we probably would have found it by now. I think if you find something it is more likely to be some dawrf planet ice ball way off in the kuiper belt. Ever heard of 2003UB313.

not planet but moons, there is a moon that orbits saturn that is called triton. the atmosphere is not as thick as ours but it is close and they believe that there is water and oxygen, all we need to do is get the atmosphere thicker and we can live on it it might be a little cold though
