I would go have her blood checked. Sounds like a kidney problem. When cats get older, many of them have issues with digesting and processing protein. You may have to put your cat on a low-protein diet. Good luck!

Animals also get their period. That happed to my dog and a lot of blood came out repediatly the vet said she was growning old and having her period. Animals have it time to time. Its quiet normal. relax. If it looks strange to you consule a vet. It could also be something bad it really depends but you should take her to the vet right away.

I had similar happen. Kidney Failure. Will result in shock... and eventual death. At the age of 12, not alot you can do, except come to grips with death, and consider putting your animal to sleep to save it from a slow painful death. Sorry

TAKE HER TO THE VET RIGHT AWAY!!!

This is very bad and she needs help. Even if you decide not to treat her, she needs to be comforted with medicine.

I'm sorry your kitty is sick. It is a very sad thing for you, but please be compassionate! Take her to the vet NOW!
