I can move each ear and eyebrow independently or together, move my scalp, flare my nostrils, do the Vulcan hand greeting with each hand, and curl the pinky finger on each hand without curling the ring finger.

moving your ears is like winking and whistling. some people can and a few can not. you are able to learn via attempting in front of a mirror yet once you won't be in a position to do it in any respect you will under no circumstances learn.
