I think that any woman who has a good sense of dress, exudes self-confidence, and leads a healthy life can be a great beauty role model.
I do not find some of Hollywood's obsession with anorexic, shapeless, overly sexualized outfits or makeup particularly attractive. Take Nicole Richie, for instance, who weighs less than 100 lbs and looks as though she should be in a clinic. Most of these women are not models for realistic or optimistic standards of beauty or self-worth.
I do agree that Nicole Kidman is physically stunning, especially with her red hair and long torso. I also think that she is a brilliant actress. But I also acknowledge that her physical beauty is largely based on genetic luck, and only somewhat on personal behavior or self-care. Most women who take care of themselves will not be able to look as good as she does. So while I value her as an actress, she is not my best role model for beauty.
