To tell you the truth I never saw the movie Glitter with Mariah Carey but everyone says it was so terrible, what made it so terrible?

I THINK PEOPLE HATED BECAUSE MARIAH WAS THE STAR .HAD IT BEEN SOMEONE ELSE IT WOULD OF WORKED FOR OTHER PEOPLE. I LIKED IT, HAVE THE SONG AT THE END ON MY IPOD. THE STORY IS GOOD AND THE ENDING WILL MAKE YOU CRY, I KNOW I DID

mariah carey! eventhough i saw her in another movie with mira sorvino and she was actually good. i believe the movie was called "mob girls" or something like that. it was a showtime original movie.

Nobody wants to see an acteress portray her own life story or something close to it, because they are not really acting. Thats whats happening with Beyonce...... I think she can act very good, but she needs to stay away from singing roles.

i saw it and i thought it was a good movie! i couldn't figure out why other people thought it was so horrible..i thought it was good!!
