I have a few questions for you. Is this for a purchase, or a refinance? If a purchase, are you a first time home buyer. Most lenders have changed thier uidlines to higher credit scores and no first time borrowers, but there are still a few that will work with you. It will be expensive though.

OMGGGGGGGGg, I live in Charlotte, NC! OK what you need to do is register for a class in A House of Charlotte. The program will give you information about your credit scores, what lenders use in order to approve your loan, things to know about a home and they will give up to $7,500 in housing assistance if you do not sell your home in 10 years. Now looking at your question, I don't know what kind of loan you are looking for. Right now I am with bank of america.....and using the FHA (Federal Housing Association) loan program so I will be protected better. Try using a credit union. You can be eliglible by your job, where you live, or if someone in your family has an account there. And that's not a middle score that's a FAIR score.
