technically yes, but depending on how MI and FL share warrant info the authorities in Fl may not know about it. Next time you get pulled over in Fl you will find out one way or the other.
Probably best to speak with a lawyer in Mi and see if you cant get that warrant resolved.

Yes, technically you could get arrested in you are registered in the LEIN system. If a law enforcement officer in Florida pulls you over and runs your name through the law enforcement information network and you are wanted in Michigan for a traffic violation you could be arrested and sent to Michigan.

You should resolve your probation violation now. Running and Eluding from this responsibility doesn't help you.

If violating a probation it's a federal crime - what I'm almost sure it is - you can be arrested and taken to Detroit. You won't be arrested if police does not catch you. Time runs on your favor. You my try to get a new drivers license, but, If Michigan and Florida are in good connection, you'll be caught at that time. You'll have to choose the risk. Luck.

I had the same exact scenario. I am from MI and I didn't pay some tickets and they suspended my license in MI. I got pulled over in FL and got arrested for the warrants and my car got taken for driving without a license. So I got another ticket in FL I never intended to pay.

It doesn't matter what state you have a warrant in if they (police)
run your name thru ncic national crime institute computer and you have a match they can arrest you for the warrant...but since its a out of state warrant on a traffic ticket you will get a summons to appear in the county that your caught in...just don't get caught and good luck in trying to get another drivers license..cause that's where they get ya...they will have a block in all states for that..

best of luck .....
