Get some rest, some serious rest. Place gauze or cotton pads on your eyes that have been soaked in ice cold water or add some witch hazel. Buy herbal eye pads. Cucumber is nice, even fresh ones from the frig. Chill used tea bags and apply one to each eye while you take a breather. Choose under eye concealer carefully and apply with a light hand, They probably aren't nearly as bad as you think they are; we are each our own worst crttic.

Drink plenty of water. This will actually prevent your body from trying to retain it and causing a counterproductive swelling-affect that happens under the eye. To reduce the puffiness underneath your eyes, you can use tea bags, potato slices or cucumber slices.

You have an iron deficiency. You need to eat dark greens( beans ,spinach, peas...) and take a Flintstones Chewable plus iron.

After two or three weeks the circles will be gone.

My wife went through this.

Stress Gel, or cucumber slices. Watch your salt intake too. That causes you to retain water and your eyes get puffy.

In a nutshell--try eye cream specifically targeted for whatever you want to rid of (i.e. darkness, puffiness...) and concealer, get plenty of sleep, and drink lots of water!
