Sounds like you got a Virus.
I found this info
You may be infected with the MSBlast (LovSan, Blaster) virus. Download and run HijackThis! (http://www.softpedia.com/public/cat/10/17/10-17-69.shtml) and post your log here for review and someone should be able to help you out.
For more info on MSBlast and removal tools/patches see this (http://www.charm.net/blaster.html) site.
Symptoms Of MSBlast Infection
You may experience frequent unexpected reboots due to the activities of the MSBlast Worm. The specific message in the System Shutdown window that pops up will be "Windows must now restart because the Remote Procedure Call [RPC] service terminated unexpectedly".
You may also get an alert box labelled "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services" that says "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close".

Looks like you've got some Corrupt files in the Windows folder or your Registry is messed up. Here's some options on how to FIX this below...1-3 below.
Yes you can fix this BUT, you will need the Windows installation disk to do that. (#3 you may or may not need the disk for that)
1. Bootup with the installation disk & choose Repair.
2. Bootup with the installation disk & choose install, Complete format NTFS and reinstall Windows clean.
3. Click My Computer, then rightclick C drive, then choose Properties, then Tools, then click error-checking, then click Check Now, then tick both boxes and reboot to let it do its thing to repair the bad files in your system's folder & or repair any bad sectors the harddrive may have.
IF your system doesn't show any file errors, then it's Registry Errors that are causing the problems. So use a good registry cleaner/optimizer to fix up the registry and remove all invalid registry entries. (Like PC Tools Registry Mechanic 6)

Registry is nothing but values and keys related to software and hardware environment stored. So besides using the various solutions mentioned by other answerers, you can also go for sfc(System file checker). It is a window utility used to check for corrupted system files and then it changes it by the original. So open the path for Windows folder->System32 and then type sfc /scannow in cmd prompt. If system files are corrupted, it will ask you for Windows cd so simply follow the instructions and restart the machine once u r done.

Chances are you have a piece of spyware in your machine.
Download and install Spybot
Turn off System Restore
Scan your machine
Once you have the spyware out, turn on System Restore and create a new Restore Point.
