Clinton had 8 years and did nothing when the USS Cole was bombed, when they asked him if he wanted Osama Bin Ladin he did nothing. So I would say
Nothing.
They'll sure discuss it to death and we'll have to wait for a repub. to protect us.

No one can prevent terrorism. How in the world can anyone prevent someone who is determined to create chaos, especially when that person believes with all his heart that the terrorism will mean he is blessed in the eyes of his god?
You can only take certain reasonable measures and then hope for the best. Those measures are best taken at home, not in a foreign place. It's simple mathematics---it's easier to defend a small circumference than a large one!

Democrats prevent terrorists? They would have to actually recognize that they really are terrorists and not common criminals. Which means nothing would be done about it.
