i would suggest h&m, they have some racy stuff for older people but the classic t-shirts are around 7 bucks and there very very cozy. Gap sales are also good, and they're higher quality. Old Navy might have good stuff, but ive noticed that the sleeves are kind of weird. Aeropostale sales are good too and so is american eagle. I would not advise Abercrombie & Fitch or Hollister because they are EXTRAORDIANRILY overpriced and its really crappy quality. I read somewhere that it costs about 10 dollars to make a shirt that costs about 40 dollars. Total ripoff!!

pac sun - i love the tees there pretty cheap
hollister - not always under 20 but great cloths
aeropostle - nice affordable hoodies and tees
limited too - not always cheap but might find some great pants and some tees
rave - nice prices everything is great looking and affordable
gap - not the kids store the regular gap the kids store there is never any thing that a 12 year old would want
