YES!!! It is wonderful. We went there over Christmas break three years ago and took one of the tours. It centered on Jack the Ripper's exploits but it also covered stories from several different locations. Not being from England I was not familiar with a lot of the stories we were told but it was creepy--but COLD (remember we went in December.) I wish I could have gone there in the summer when the temperature climbs up to nearly 70 degrees.

Yes I would, they are excellent. Re doing it in summer, you have to bear in mind that it doesn't get properly dark till getting on for 11pm in the summer so it would be a very late one. In the winter you can go from about 4pm!
Re the temperature in summer, it frequently gets into the 80s (°C) in London.
