Well, I don't believe that God would give a person that type of money unless he wanted it put to good use. So, as much as I'd like to keep that money, I'd have to choose to travel around the world and help the poor people. Besides, getting to see the world and seeing the smiles on people's faces wouldn't be half bad.
But I would most likely do something like what Oprah Winfrey did. Use it not just to give out, but to make the world better.
Give a person a fish and he eats one meal.
Teach a person to fish and he can feed his family.
And a recent update to this quote...
Give a person a fish hatchery and he can employ the entire community
So, let me put it to use in a way that will help a community become better.

I would give it to the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh or another branch if one is opened.
Nobel Peace Prize winner, Dr. Muhammed Yunis came up with the concept of no interest micro loans to the poor. Since then he has helped maybe 100 000 people climb out of poverty. He reports 100% repayment as well. An example, a woman in a small town lived from hand to mouth, homeless with her children. All she asked for was enough to buy a cell phone for $9. It was the only phone in the village and two years later she has a modest home on a nice patch of land and her children are in school because she can afford supplies.

This way people do not get handouts, they get pride and a way to live. It is a solution to poverty, not just a bandage.
so, I would give the money to them. However, because I am extremely poor myself, I would ask that as the one attached string would be work within the organization. I would like to be involved beyond mere dollars and know that I am taken care of as well.

Well, I would make sure that all my family is taken care of,
give some to the church building fund and repair the road to the cementary.
I would like to set up a homeless shelter for men, that I see standing on the side of the road and offer free day care to women who are in school that cant afford to go without that help.

I would invest it and make it grow and live off of the interest and travel around the world and establish citys for these people to live and prosper in.
Feed a man and he's fed. Teach a man and he's able to feed another.

God has no interest in money. So if someone came to me portending to be God, offering me 100 million dollars, I would assume that it's Beelzebub in disguise attempting to deceive me into entering his dominion.
I would pass.
