There are so many ideas I can't believe no-one has answered yet.
1. Read a library book (no cost)
2. Go for a walk (no cost)
3. Answer questions on Yahoo (no cost)
4. Chat to old peop[le in the park
5. volunteer for community or enviro group
6. Walk the dog for an elderly neighbour
7. Skipping as an alternative to walking
8. Laughing your head off for no reason
9. Pointing randomly at things in public
10. Sitting quietly and waiting for something to happen
I know they are not particularly creative, but they are things I do when I have no money
