Hmmm, cute AND inexpensive,eh? Okay, go to Payless, they have a wide variety of shoes for girls. So does K-mart and Walmart. And, they're cheap(I mean cost efficient).

Try payless, especially because now they are carrying the american eagle line and their stuff is really cute and really cheap, and the quality is not that bad either.
