Try Fashion Bug, Catherine's, or Lane Bryant for store bought...........if you want to do yourself you will need to practice with a pair you don't care about trying different techniques to see what you like..........you can create holes with knife, scissors or whatever you want to cut with (just make sure hole is smaller than what you want the end product to be), you can also put bleach in very specific spots (use caution) and either way was the jeans 1-2 times to see your results.

A cheese grater and pumice stone can be your best friends for vintaging jeans. Rub away...with care!
I like to buy patches from hobby stores and sew them on inexpensive jeans...adds a nice look in addition to the weathering.
I think you can find plus size jeans at Lane Bryant. Online, try one of the big stores - they usually have extended sizes.

The *ripped* look is actually quite easy. Just use a razor blade and slice your pants the way you want them, and over time the jeans will get frayed (everywhere you sliced them with the razor) and it will look like a pair of 90 dollar blue jeans, but you will have ripped and frayed them with your own two hands!
You can also buy a bedazzler and bedazzle your blue jeans to make them look more fancy or storebought.

Pour bleach on spots, use a sander if you can *lol*, cut some parts with a knife (and make holes and slits with that or a razor), wash and dry them alot too. And make sure you get light jeans.
