I'd love to say yes they'll choke again, but realistically I think they'll walk away with the Cup this year. Graham Henry has developed at least 3 starting XV's capable of beating all comers. Just too much depth in NZ rugby for other nations to compete against.

As long as England or the Springboks don't win it I'll be happy ;-)

Wallabies don't have much of a chance this time IMO, but like all Aussies I'll still be behind them. They were written off in the last World Cup but still managed to make the final.......narrowly losing to England in extra time

Maybe...Maybe Not. The All Blacks have proven ever since the last world cup that they are the team to beat. With the plan to protect 22 impact players before the world cup comes as a sign of commitment. Even with the protected 22 the All Blacks can take on any team and beat them. But in reality come World Cup time, it is really hard to predict who will win the World Cup. As an All Black fan, i have to cheer for my favourite team.

Naw, instead all of New Zealands Super 14 teams are on track to choke without the players who play for the All Blacks for half the season. Then it is just a matter of who gets injuries..

That is actually an advantage for New Zealand - rest before international games - that the other top countries do not have

As far as talent goes, the only team that is anywhere close to New Zealand is South Africa. Both teams are very capable of choking. South Africa usually chokes against England, and they could very well do it again this year. New Zealand has found a way to choke against a few teams. I don't think it will be the case this year. New Zealand has become too professional to choke again. I think New Zealand wins it, and the cup comes back to the Southern Hemisphere, where it belongs.

Fear not my friend. New Zealand rugby have now got the right people in the right places now. It starts from the coaching staff & ends with the players.
New Zealand has huge depth in its players, which can be seen in the super 14 at the moment i.e. Serge Lilo, Kevin O.Neill, Stephen Brett etc.
Every thing will be in place when the time comes.

they are known as chockers, they have won everything else and it pisses them off that they can't get their hands on the elusive world cup.
