If you mean the percent increase for price per cough drop, 50/18 and 60/16 would be price per cough drop and dividing by 50/18 would be your original amount. The formula to find percent change is (amount of change)/(original amount). Then use this equation and solve:
(60/16-50/18) / 50/18=0.35=35%

The percent of increase of price per cough drop is 35%.

60/50 = 1.2

percent increase is 20%

official formula i think is (new quantity minus old)/old * 100

(60-50)/50 = .2 *100 = 20
