Your mom should spend what she feels is appropriate to spend. All parents are different . Some make a big deal about it and others don't.

depends what you got for your 13th actually
i didnt expect much for my 14th B-dau because i got a new labtop for my 13th so if u got something great for your 13th dont ask for something awesome for the 14th wait for the 16th. makes it even better plus you can say your mom hasnt spoiled you just yet.

Nothing. She can get you a cake and all but nothing like those stupid 'sweet 16' shows. What do you expect from her? Have your friends over your house or whatever and just... hang out.
