I started having wet dreams at 16. I had them about once every 3 months back them. When I was 18, I was having them about once a month. I'm now 19 and I'm having them once every two weeks or so now (I even had two in one night, once). I want to get them to stop for the following reasons:
1. They leave a mess and I wake up glued to my sheets.
2. Ejaculation is painful for me (all my parts get really sore while I'm releasing my life force).
I do not masturbate and am sexually inactive. One person once told me that the reason I experience soreness is that my parts don't get used much (since wet dreams are all they get used for). He told me that if I started masturbating a reasonable amount, my parts would get more of a workout, they would no longer get sore and I would feel only pleasure during releases. He also said masturbating would help stop the wet dreams. Should I start masturbating frequently to stop having wet dreams? Or is there a better way to stop?
