I tried the turning off thing it is too easy to turn back on...I am out of options save getting the Internet cut off but I break out in a sweat at the mere thought of that

i stay on until i can't keep my eyes open then i get off but thats not until 3am and later sometimes. there was 1 night i stayed up all night.
