He kept injuring his elbow and it developed some kind of disease or something. If i recall correctly, he went on to have surgery on that elbow. The sleeve is to keep the elbow from acting up again.

As I recall, he wore it to protect an injury, which healed, but he liked the look and feel of the pad so he continued to wear it. He spends a lot of time on the floor, so its good protection too.

He has a disease that inflames his elbow (He injures his arm so frequently), and the sleeve he wears keeps his elbow from getting inflamed/reinjured.. (Somehow)
HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY BAD TATOOS--THERE WAS A REEBOK COMMERCIAL THAT SHOWED ALL HIS TATTOOS!!!
