If you are a student, talk to a favorite teacher, guidance counselor, school nurse, your parents, anyone who will listen. Don't give up until someone acts on your behalf.
If you are a member of the staff or faculty, talk to your union rep. You should have also received information on who your Title IX officer is when you started work. If not on your website, ask around. This person must, by law, follow up on your complaint. You might want to make an appointment with your Superintendent, as well.
Good luck - I am sorry that you are in this situation and I hope it is resolved to your satisfaction quickly!

I don't think you should sue him like someone suggested but at least make him know that it's not acceptable. If the Principle didn't take you seriously the first time go back. Tell him you will pursue this further if he doesn't take action of some kind. I had a janitor while I was in High School and he treated the kids like his friends. That probably seems pretty nice of him but he had the mentality of a 13 year old. He started rumors, tried to break up couples, did things to get jocks kicked off the team, caught people drinking on campus at night while the football game was going on and he joined them. It was as if he had no friends but the kids at school and he was thirty years older then them. Maybe someone needs to see he's out of line.

You and your parents should meet with the Superintendent. The Super will kick some butt because they won't want it going to the school board or the media. I am assuming, though, that your parents know what is going on and have contacted the principal first. All they have to do is mention the Superintendent to the principal and he/she should take care of the problem to save their own butt.

Talk to your parents. I'm sure they'll straighten out the principle and the janitor. They're both in serious trouble!
If you were my child and ignored about this situation,I would make sure it is addressed!
There's too much of this stuff going on with authorative figures, and no one will find out until kids like you start telling.

Do three things:
Make sure you have talked to your parents, and they know what is going on.
Contact your local school board and report the incident to them, along with the principal's reaction to your complaint. If you have any witnesses to either incident, ask them for a statement.
If there is still no action, contact your local news media.

Tell your parents, than file a police report, than write to the newspaper and I am sure that will drawl some media attention. Be sure that you have legit evidence so you can prove it no strings attached. If you have any really trust worthy teachers also confide in them and tell them that the pricipal is ignoring you. I am sure one of those ways will get your principle's attention.

Sexually harassing a minor is a crime. Take it to the police please. If arrested he will never be able to work with (public school) children again. If convicted he will have a child abuse record. You will not only be helping yourself but many children in the future. If your being honest, he will never stop, and should not be working with minors.
