if you go to "start" all programs, accessories, system tools and then system information. it will give you your pc's info. click on components and then on display it will give you the name of your card including information on your drivers, resolution and other great stuff.

right click on "my computer" select properties > go to Hardware tab > click on Device Manager > under Display adapters

or

select start > run dxdiag

or

Start > accessories > system tools > system information > under Components > Display

Start--> Run, then type "dxdiag" without the quotes. This will not show you just the Card, but your whole system!
