Kyra is an exotic beauty. She's 5'8", about 125 lbs. She's slim in build, with a nice figure, her measurements are 36C-26-36. She is of Asian descent, with waist-length hair and beautiful, almond-shaped eyes, and she's 22.

I think it is anything different from what is common in your culture. So to people in the US, Asians, South Americans, Africans, Middle Easterners, even some Slavs would be considered exotic.
I don't know if Europeans (and their North American or Australian descendants) would be considered exotic in places like the Middle East or Africa. Probably not because that cultural group dominates the mass-media so heavily that people everywhere are accustomed to our "look."

I think its whatever reminds you of an exotic place.Typically,dark,dark eyes.My opinion,olive/dark complection,
dark hair,brown,green or hazel eyes.
