I do sometimes, it all depends on the mood. But I hate it when a guy says "ooooooh baby, talk dirty to me", I feel like I'm put on the spot and my mind goes blank and I clam up.

It depends. Sometimes we do, sometimes we don't, depending on our mood. Sometimes we talk sweet, sometimes dirty. Sometimes we gasp and moan. Sometimes we whisper sweet nothings. Sometimes we just whimper.
Sometimes we're utterly silent and just gazing into each other's eyes the whole time.
