Abs help in your every day living. They make absoulutly EVERY thing you do 10 zillion times easier!! A six pack also helps TREMENDOUSLY in sports, particullarily anything involving running, as well as swimming. Plus, they are HAWT!!!!!!!

It can help in sports - especially in martial arts/boxing when getting punched there can hurt a lot less when you have abs toned up.
Of course, fat works just as well - lol.
