It is important to use skin friendly products and not pinch the pustules so that there are no scars formed. A good soap like Neutrogena or Cetaphil is recommended. Mild oil free skin creams should only be used . This link should provide more remedies.

DON'T use toothpaste. It gives you more pimples in the long run. Just find a good cleanser and use it 2-3 times daily. Clean & Clear has good stuff.

This is a cheap and great way.. Plain toothpaste.. At night. lol.. Not during the day.. Don't use flavored toothpaste, especially cinnamon flavored.. I'm just typing what I read recently. Good luck

ok i know people say to not pop them but u really should, and then but a lil rubbing alcohol on it! it kinda hurts a lil but it makes the pimple go away fast and prevents scares!

Wash your face with a good soap, or gel cleansers,
Don't pop them!
And apply some good anti oxydant products!

put some clearasil on a rag and run it under reeaally hot water and hold it on your face 'till it's not hot anymore. repeat a few time a day.
