First the producer would not comprehend in case you want a three', 6', 10', 25' etc. lots of the further appropriate printers have different protocols which means they're regularly connected by parallel, USB or perhaps by a community card, some even MAC. Your asking them to wager the configuration of your computer. Your computer producer is commonplace with your configuration because they're coming from the "has no longer some thing now" frame of mind. The printer manufactures would ought to wager what to procure or placed categories of cords in that you gained't favor in simple terms to cover the diverse recommendations and also you would ought to pay extra for the more suitable cords you probably did not pick or favor in simple terms to get an all inclusive kit. If it really is a low end printer, truly some human beings procuring the low end printers would change manufacturers over $10.00 distinction in cost and which will be why they don't look there.

HI
Are they talking in english or spanish ?? LOL Im kidding ok , first you need to know WHAT type of USB you have , for ex , if the printer goes with a usb 2.0 and your pc has a usb port 1.0 then NO they wont talk to each other , now , reboot and enter the bios , verify that the usb ports are enable and properly configure . Now once windows load , then plug in the printer DO NOT INSTALL ANYTHING YET, by that i mean the drivers and software of the printer. Now IF the pc detected the printer then just then you install the printer software , now if it does not detec the printer then it means the the USB port are NOT compatible with your printer

Windows probably thinks you got a different printer.
Uninstall the printer.
Restart
Install the driver before connecting the printer to the PC.
This should do it.
