What is the most creative way you can think of. Doing an offline draft so just letting the computer do it isn't an option.

well you could put the number of people in the draft into a hat and let them pick a number.

There are many ways. The pet turtle one sounds silly but its legit if everyone agrees to it. Make sure its random and everyone knows and trusts the results. Agreement by league members is important as to the process of determination.
NO COMPUTER SHOULD DETERMINE IT! Members should be involved if possible! Or at least muliple trusted members. It should be open so that no one can claim that it was fixed. The commish protects himself as well.

Let it be done by the computer randomly b/c u dun wanna have to deal with all the bullshit that people may give. If it is done random by the computer it is fair and noone can ***** at you for it and it makes thing hell of alot easier on yourself. Trust me i know from experience just let the computer decide your draft order it is much easier, convienant, and you ain't gotta deal with your friends bullshit

Creative? Grab a bunch of small turtles from a pet store and have them race it out.
