Al Bundy isn't a slacker. He works every day. His family are the slackers, but I will go with Al as being funnier just because of what he puts up with on each show.
I don't have HBO anymore because cable rates are too high so I don't know if Louie is more funny

Louie CK is freaking hilarious, but the show can get annoying. His wife is a total ******.
Al Bundy or Ed O'Neil is awesome too, but he received no respect what so ever. He never fought his wife on anything and was a complete mess.
Therefore, even though Louie is great I have to go with Bundy. He is a classic character.
