Yesterday i played badminton and I haven't played since last season so last year and I'm really sore all over.

Any advice on what i can do...eat....drink...rub?

Something tells me you didn't do stretches or warm-up, and am
I right??? Go take a hot as you can stand Bath & Relax,maybe
an Ibropren, rub down the hurting area's with kind of stinky cream
and if your lucky you'll have someone there to sypathize with you
and do it for you?

Drink lots of water, avoid milk. If you have a health food store in your area get some arnica pills, it will help reduce your soreness.

I would take Alieve or Advil, something with a muscle soreness ingredient, it depends on what works for your body, even tylenol.
