Πανίσχυρο Ναρκωτικό (puhNIScheero nuhrkohtiKOH) is a good equivalent in modern Greek, if you mean the narcotic/addictive substance, otherwise you use the word φάρμακο (PHUrmuhko). In ancient Greek I can't think how it could be. Φάρμακον for drug (PHUHrmuhkon) would be okay for every drug, but for all-powerful, I can't think of the right word.
